Chocolate Fudge Cookie Dough Brownies

I'm a fan.

1 3/4 cup all purpose flour

3/4 cup cocoa powder

1 cups granulated sugar

1 cup brown sugar

3 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup veggie oil or melted vegan butter spread

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1 cup hot/boiling water

1 hefty cup unsweetened almond milk

1 tub of cookie dough for the topping once cooled.

Directions: 

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350F. Mix all the dry ingredients in a big bowl (flour cocoa, sugars, baking powder, and salt). Then mix in the oil, vanilla, hot water, and milk. Once mixed well pour into a greased and lightly floured 8x8 brownie pan. Bake for 35 min in preheated oven.
  2. Remove and let fully cool.
  3. Top with cold delicious EatPastry (duh) chocolate chip cookie dough.
  4. Cut into squares, triangles or whatever you want!
