No Bake Cake

Cookie dough cake that is...


1-4 tubs of cookie dough (depends on how big you're making this cake)

Cream cheese frosting:

8 oz vegan cream cheese

3 tsp vanilla

4 cups confectioners sugar

1/2 cup earth balance spread

Frosting: just mix it all together and put it in the fridge.

THEN for the cake part;

Roll cookie dough out with flour and rolling pin.
Cut into large circles to the size of your cake dish (mine was 6”) and freeze for at least an hour.
Layer the circles of dough in a greased or lined cake dish and put frosting between each layer. Top with more cookie dough  and devour!
