We met “eating pastry” together, quite literally!
We were paired as partners our first day of Pastry School while attending The International Culinary Center in Manhattan, New York. From there, we quickly fell in love and started a little company together called EatPastry. Our hope was to make vegan desserts taste just as good as what people would call “the real thing.” We packed our bags and moved to San Diego, California where we grew our dream into a National and now International brand. We now have a daughter together, and look forward to teaching her how compassion and persistence can lead you anywhere you want to go.
